Payment Terms
Little Chick Needle Works collects sales tax for the state of Colorado. Your state may require additional Sales or Use Taxes on your purchase. Purchasers are responsible for any additional applicable taxes. A $35 charge will be assessed for returned checks or insufficient funds. Reasonable collection and attorneys fees will be assessed to all accounts placed for collection in addition to the maximum interest allowed by law. Refusal to complete payments voids any warranty.
Cancellations
Please contact Little Chick Needle Works directly to cancel any orders. If the product has already shipped, the cost of shipping plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the product has not shipped yet, a restocking fee will not incur and the full order amount will be refunded.
Return Policy
All products being returned for any reason must receive advance authorization from Little Chick Needle Works. Contact us for any returns or questions. Before any items are returned, Little Chick Needle Works will require pictures of the product or component being returned.
All returns will incur restocking fees of 10% of the product total. Any payments made above the restocking fee will be refunded within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Little Chick Needle Works be liable to the customer for any incidental or consequential damages; including damages based upon lost goodwill, sales or profit, work stoppage, delays, or product failure. Little Chick Needle Works' liability for any and all losses and damages sustained by the customer and others, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the products upon which liability is founded.
Product Improvements
Little Chick Needle Works reserves the right to make improvements in design, materials, or specifications at any time, without incurring any obligation to owners of units previously sold.
