Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file that can be read by an embroidery machine and interpreted as different stitch types. Digitizing is not a click the button process.

If you have a logo or design that you want digitized and converted to a format that works with your embroidery machine - we can do that!  Simply upload an image of what you want digitized and we will get started converting it for you.

Some things to consider: We must analyze the artwork to see if it should be edited for embroidery. The final size of the design must be considered (length x width in inches).  For instance, not all logos that were designed for a print media such as a business card will work well for embroidery. Many designs need to be modified or simplified. Sometimes only the design name and a small image are used. Some elements such as outlining may need to be eliminated and small text may be enlarged and rearranged. Our goal is to provide an embroidery design that you will be proud of.

Price reflected above covers standard designs such as company logos for hats, shirt pockets, etc. Larger designs (e.g. full jacket back) vary depending on design complexity. Ask us for a quote.

Price includes one free stitched sample.

Acceptable image files to upload include:

JPG/JPEG - good choice for images with many colors, photos, scanned images, etc.
EPS, AI - these are vector formats meaning the artwork can be easily scaled. Don't forget to convert fonts used in the design into outlines
PNG, GIF - ideal for designs with fewer colors, especially larger areas of solid colors. e.g. text, logo
